The Impact of Digital Transformation on Enterprise Innovation

Against the backdrop of the booming development of the digital economy, digital transformation has become an inevitable trend for enterprises' development. As a core component of an enterprise's core competitiveness, innovation plays a pivotal role in its sustainable development. However, relevant research on digital transformation and enterprise innovation remains scarce at present.Therefore, this study adopts an empirical research method to explore the impact of digital transformation on enterprise innovation based on the theories of information asymmetry and dynamic capabilities. In addition, variables such as internal control and financing constraints are incorporated into the research scope to examine their mediating roles between the two. The study concludes that digital transformation exerts a positive promotional effect on enterprise innovation. Meanwhile, internal control and financing constraints act as intermediary variables in this influence path. The findings of this study provide certain reference for enterprises to carry out digital transformation, and also offer theoretical support for the formulation of government policies.
